Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Overage charges are billed in arrears at the rate stated on your plan page.

You may not use CallSorted to conduct illegal activities, harass or deceive callers, transmit malware, or circumvent any laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of call recording features complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. CallSorted reserves the right to suspend accounts in material breach of this policy.

Data ownership

You retain full ownership of your call data, transcripts, and business information. CallSorted processes this data on your behalf to provide the service. You grant CallSorted a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
