We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business details), information generated from your use of the service (call recordings, transcripts, booking data), and standard usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
We use your data to operate and improve CallSorted, to provide customer support, to send transactional and product communications, and to comply with legal obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are stored solely to provide the transcription and reporting features you've subscribed to.
All customer data for Australian subscribers is stored on servers located in Australia. UK subscribers' data is stored in the United Kingdom. US subscribers' data is stored in the United States. We do not transfer data across these regional boundaries without explicit customer consent.
CallSorted records inbound calls for transcription and quality purposes. You are responsible for ensuring callers are notified of recording in accordance with the laws in your jurisdiction. CallSorted's standard greeting includes a recording disclosure. Recordings are retained for 90 days by default; Enterprise customers may configure custom retention periods.
When you connect a third-party integration (e.g., Xero, HubSpot, ServiceM8), CallSorted passes only the data necessary to fulfil the integration function. We do not store third-party credentials beyond the access tokens required. You can revoke any integration at any time from your dashboard.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, UK GDPR, and applicable US state laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@callsorted.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
